Sleeping arrangements: Two king bedrooms upstairs, one queen bedroom downstairs, a downstairs bedroom with two single beds, and a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room.
At home: Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry room, and a downstairs living room with Fire TV.
Rates & minimum stay: $917 per night for up to two guests, plus $50 per additional guest per night (maximum 10 guests). $400 cleaning fee per stay. Three-night minimum. Taxes and the Georgia hotel/motel fee are additional.
Cancellation: Strict: no full refund. Cancellations at least seven days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
Parking: Parking for up to three vehicles.
